BATTLEZONE STATEMENT RE: CORONA VIRUS
as we are now put in lockdown, the business is closed.
We will be flexible on rearranging times and dates, and giving credit for any deposits and payments made. either deferring your booking to future dates thus transferring your deposit, or giving you the value in vouchers to use at a later time. we can send these to you in the post free of charge.
as there is no cashflow coming into the business we will be unable to offer cash refunds at this time. this is in order to keep paying our staff their full wage and pay our rent/bills etc. if you are unsatisfied but are able to wait until we reopen we will be able to offer refunds once operating again.
